I found out today that I will be moving to Kyoto Prefecture, Japan on July 25th. I am likely going to be a prefecture Assistant Language Teacher at a senior high school to be determined. My housing will likely be cheaper than most and in an apartment complex with other teachers, but I will likely have to only work at one school.
I am very excited.

Test Post
This whole blogging thing is sweet.
At the moment I am currently awaiting placement in a Japanese village or city. All of my paper work is completed so I shall wait with anxious anticipation for the letter from my contracting organization in Japan.
Once I hear where I will be living, I can contact my predecessor and begin preparing myself mentally to uproot myself and move to the Land of the Rising Sun.
